We have now restructured our approach in light of the restrictions enforced due to Covid 19 to enable us to deliver support though web links and video conferencing or phone if necessary, to ensure our residents feel safe and secure.  This enables support and communication to be delivered safely and continue through any possible restrictions imposed.
